About the event

You Do Not Have to Live in Fear

Stand Tall @ St. Philip’s is a free domestic violence awareness and empowerment event for survivors, families, friends, and community members. Domestic violence can affect physical health, mental health, family relationships, housing, finances, and personal safety. Stand Tall is designed to help survivors and families address abuse openly, reduce the stigma that can cause domestic violence to be treated as a private or embarrassing matter, and connect people with trusted community resources.

What You’ll Find at the Event

Participants will receive information related to domestic violence awareness, safety planning, legal information, housing resources, crime victim services, mental and physical well-being, family resources, and additional community services.
